| A. | The De Vere Academy is an ITEC Accredited College. ITEC qualifications are supported by industry and are easily transportable nationally and internationally. Students who successfully graduate from an ITEC course will be both employable and insurable. |

| Q. | How do I secure a place on a course? |
| A. | When you have chosen a course, simply download an application form and send this together with a 25% deposit of the course cost. Please note booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. |

| Q. | Do I have to pay the full amount of the course cost before it commences? |
| A. | Courses should be paid in full on the first day of the course. However, if an individual needs assistance, we can discuss a payment plan. |

| Q. | What do I need to bring to class? |
| A. | Students will need a notepad and pen and an A4 folder for class notes. For hygiene purposes, students will be required to bring their own towels. Students will be notified further before the course commences with regard to specific requirements for each course. The uniform provided is a tunic and students must wear black trousers, black socks and plain, full, flat black shoes. |

| Q. | What do the classes consist of? |
| A. | Most courses consist of both practical and theory work. For the practical component of the course, students will work on each other. |

| Q. | What does the exam consist of? |
| A. | Exams consist of multiple choice theory paper/papers and/or practical exams. Students will also be required to submit a number of case studies before examinations. |
