| ITEC Diploma in Diet & Nutrition for Complementary Therapists: |

This course is designed to enable students to provide healthy eating advice for their clients for the purpose of improving health and lifestyle. Students will study the theory of the main nutrients required for a healthy diet as well as deficiencies and disorders and key illnesses associated with diet. In addition students will develop knowledge, skills and techniques required to successfully compose a dietary plan. |
